Legislator Denise Ford is hosting two 2022 Virtual Property Tax Assessment Grievance Seminars for all homeowners who disagree with the assessed value of their home as indicated on the 2023-2024 Tentative Notice of Assessment.  Representatives from the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission (ARC) will answer questions and show residents how to use ARC’s online tools to file an “Application for Correction of Assessment” online or via mail. You may dispute the assessed value of your home from January 3 until March 1, 2022.
