[ARCHIVED] COUNTY CLERK O’CONNELL ANNOUNCES ONLINE RECORDS SEARCH

(Mineola, NY) Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell is proud to announce that Nassau County land and miscellaneous records are now available to search online. The public can access County Clerk records such as deeds, mortgages, property cards, UCC filings, and business names from their home or office. “The Office of the Nassau County Clerk preserves and protects land records and provides a wide range of services to the public in a professional and courteous manner,” said County Clerk O’Connell. “This online service has been introduced for the convenience of Nassau County residents as I continue to implement state-of-the-art technology in the Clerk’s office.

Online records search is provided by Xerox Corporation through their Government Records Management Division. Subscription fees will be suspended during the launch phase of the program. Print fees apply. Access is available through the County Clerk’s website at http://www.nassaucountyny.gov/clerk or by going to www.uslandrecords.com.
