(Mineola, NY) Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell joined other area officials at the West Hempstead Public Library as they celebrated the 50th Anniversary of their Charter.
Clerk O’Connell was pleased to present West Hempstead Public Library Director, Regina Nascia with a citation to commemorate the special occasion.
As part of the celebration a carnival was set up in the back parking lot of the library featuring something for people of all ages including games, food, raffles and prizes. The carnival provided a fun filled day for family and friends in the West Hempstead area.
