FREE MEMORY SCREENING PROGRAM

Legislator Howard J. Kopel invites you to have a free Memory Screening sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
• Memory screenings consist of a series of questions to gauge memory, language
and thinking skills.
• Screenings will take approximately 10 minutes and are confidential.
• Results are provided onsite.
• Results are not a diagnosis, but a memory screening can suggest if someone
should see a physician.
Space is limited for screenings and appointments are required.
