(MINEOLA, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Ellen W. Birnbaum (D - Great Neck) welcomed new Nassau Community College President Dr. Jermaine F. Williams to the Theodore Roosevelt Executive & Legislative Building on Friday, Aug. 30.
