The Office of the Nassau County Public Administrator seeks vendors for the following services:
*Legal Notice #21745435 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Pursuant to Article 12 of the Surrogates Court Procedure Act, Section 1208 (3), the Office of the Public Administrator, County of Nassau, New York, is requesting proposals from independent CPA firms for auditing services for calendar year 2022. Audit scope is to include cash management, property management and case management. The Office establishes and maintains checking and savings accounts for estates and guardianships that it administers through the authority of the Nassau County Surrogates Court and needs to verify documentation and authenticity of transactions impacting on the accounts. The Office currently has, on the behalf of 150 estates and guardianships, deposits totaling $76,416, 148.94 in 297 accounts. Respondents are herewith notified that contracts issued pursuant to this RFP cannot exceed $10,000.00, the current authorized budgetary appropriations available for these services.
