(WOODBURY, N.Y.) Each year, Long Island Business News recognizes and honors leaders who have distinguished themselves in the realms of business, government, education, and the not-for-profit sector through its “40 Under 40” Awards. This year’s honorees includes Nassau County Legislator Joshua Lafazan (D - Woodbury), who has represented the 18th Legislative District since 2018.
“I am beyond humbled to have been recognized alongside so many accomplished young leaders and change makers that are making a difference on Long Island and paving the way to a brighter future,” Legislator Lafazan said. “Congratulations to all of LIBN’s honorees for all they have already accomplished and the barriers they surely will break in the years to come!”
Legislator Lafazan and his fellow honorees are set to receive their awards during a ceremony scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. Visit https://libn.com/40-under-40-awards/ for more details.
