Legislator Rose Marie Walker is hosting two Virtual Property Tax Assessment Grievance Seminars in 2023 for all homeowners who disagree with the assessed value of their home based on the “Notice of Tentative Assessed Value” for the 2024-2025 tax year. Representatives from the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission (ARC) will be online to answer questions and show residents how to file an “Application for Correction of Assessment” online or via mail. You may dispute the assessed value of your home from January 2 until March 1, 2023.
