Presiding Officer Norma L. Gonsalves recently attended the Annual Installation Dinner of the North Bellmore Fire Department at the Melville Marriott in Melville. At the event, firefighter P. Robert Podolski was recognized for fifty years of service with the NBFD. Also recognized for their service was Chief of Department Joseph M. Domains and outgoing Chief Michael J. Rut.
“Today we recognize these individuals for their commitment to our community,” said Presiding Officer Gonsalves. “Thank you for all you do to keep our neighborhood safe.”
