[ARCHIVED] Mangano Sponsors Nassau County Storm Recovery Resource Fair

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano invites residents and businesses affected by Super Storm Sandy to attend the Nassau County Storm Recovery Resource Fair on Wednesday, January 15th. The event will be held at Freeport High School from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. There will be opportunities for residents to meet with representatives of the following agencies committed to your recovery:

Nassau County Veterans Agency
FEMA Disability Integration
Nassau County Human Services

In addition to the above agencies, Touro Law Center is presenting a Q&A Seminar at 8:00pm to help homeowners affected by Hurricane Sandy meet requirements for two upcoming insurance deadlines; the “proof of loss” requirement and the statute of the limitations to file suit.
