Legislator Steve Rhoads is being joined by the Nassau County Veterans’ Services Agency, Jewish War Veterans, USVeteranscare and American Legion Post 1749 in sponsoring a Veterans’ Benefits Workshop on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Merrick Road Golf Clubhouse, 2550 Clubhouse Road, Merrick.
If you are a Veteran or know a friend, neighbor or family member who is a Veteran, make sure they stop by to learn about the many benefits and services that are available to them by virtue of their service to our Country. Over 25 agencies and providers will be in attendance to educate veterans and their families and to take important first steps to ensuring that each is receiving the benefits they deserve.
