The challenges posed by today’s society have led to an increased level of fear and anxiety for people of all ages. Nassau County Legislator Scott Strauss, in partnership with County Executive Bruce Blakeman, town of North Hempstead Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and the Nassau County Department of Human Services, is hosting this enlightening program to help those seeking ways to both understand and develop coping skills to alleviate the burdens that fear and anxiety can impose on daily life.
