Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads is hosting SANDY Storm Recovery Resource Fair at JFK High School on May 26th at 5pm for homeowners affected by Superstorm Sandy. It is 2 ½ years after the storm, and many people are still looking for guidance.
All are invited to meet with State, County, Federal and local agencies that are dedicated to Sandy recovery. In addition, homeowners will have access to contractors, house lifters, architects, free legal clinic, rebuild charities, and free mortgage modification counseling. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will also be in attendance to assist policy holders.
