Presiding Officer Norma L. Gonsalves proudly announces that the 26th Annual East Meadow Community Pride Day will be at Speno Park in East Meadow on Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The event, founded in 1992, is a celebration to appreciate all the good things that the residents of East Meadow have in their community. It is a unique opportunity to learn about the businesses, community groups, civic associations, youth groups and schools in the area.
“This is an event that I look forward to every summer,” said Presiding Officer Gonsalves. “I’m proud to see our community come together and celebrate the extraordinary place we live.”
