If you are a homeowner who disagrees with the new tentative property tax assessment on your residence you may dispute the assessed value by March 1, 2018.

Legislator John R. Ferretti, Jr. and Receiver of Taxes Donald X. Clavin are co-hosting this important workshop to help all Nassau County homeowners file a property tax assessment grievance application. At the workshop, residents will learn how to use the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission’s online tools to file a challenge online or via mail. Reservations are not necessary.
