If you are a homeowner who disagrees with the new tentative property tax assessment on your residence you may dispute the assessed value by March 1, 2018.

Nassau County Legislator Vincent Muscarella and NYS Senator Elaine Phillips are co-hosting this important workshop to help all Nassau County homeowners file a property tax assessment grievance application. At the workshop, a representative from the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission will show homeowners how to use Assessment Review’s online tools to file a challenge online or via mail. Reservations are not necessary.
