Nassau County Legislators Vincent T. Muscarella and Laura Schaefer had the pleasure of attending the recent Bridge Crossing Ceremony for members of West Hempstead Cub Scout Pack 240 as they moved up to join the ranks of the Boy Scouts.
The Cub Scouts’ bridge crossing ceremony is to publicly show the transition, or crossing over, from a Cub Scout pack to a Boy Scout troop.
