Working with the Governor’s office, Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads has organized an initial Public Information Session regarding the proposed Bay Park Sewage Treatment Plant Ocean Outfall Effluent Diversion Plan to be held on February 28th in the Wantagh High School Auditorium from 7-9 p.m. Representatives from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Nassau County Department of Public Works will be on hand to explain and discuss the plan and answer questions from the community. All residents are invited to attend.
