Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads joined with Town of Hempstead Councilman Chris Carini and Town Clerk Kate Murray, along with the faculty and students at Levy Lakeside School to honor those who served this nation for Veterans Day.
“These brave men and women gave all they could to serve this nation, and it is our duty to make sure they know their service is appreciated,” Legislator Rhoads said. “I am very happy that our students know the sacrifices and work these veterans made. Thank you for all you did.”
