Levittown, NY - In preparation for Valentines Day, Legislator John Ferretti joined with three Levittown area elementary schools to take part in his office’s Valentine’s for Veterans program. Students in each class would write valentines day cards for veterans, telling them how much they appreciate their service for this country. The cards are then distributed to American Legion and VFW halls.
The classes that took part in the program in Mrs. Kennedy’s class at Abbey Lane Elementary School in Levittown, Mrs Peyton’s class at Summit Lane Elementary School in Levittown, and Mrs. Dombeck’s class at Michael F. Stokes Elementary school in Island Trees.
