egislator Richard Nicolello was proud to be on hand as David Villani, Robert Earley III, and Kevin Parente Jr. of Boy Scout Troop 200 were recently recognized at an Eagle Court of Honor ceremony in honor of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Leaders of Troop 200, elected officials, community leaders, family, and friends gathered to recognize all of David, Robert, and Kevin’s achievements on their trail to becoming Eagle Scouts.
The rank of Eagle Scout is the highest in the Boy Scouts of America, and is achieved by only 3 % of boys who enter Scouting. David, Robert, and Kevin’s achievements are the culmination of years of commitment, effort and preparation.
