Presiding Officer Richard J. Nicolello will be co-hosting a community forum, along with Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder and Lt. Brian Sullivan, the President of Nassau County Correction Officers Benevolent Association, to help Nassau County residents understand the new “bail reforms” that were implemented by New York State on January 1, 2020.
