Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads and Town of Hempstead Councilman Chris Carini are hosting a Personal Protective Equipment drive on Saturday, April 4th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Wantagh Park located at 1 King Road in Wantagh.
Legislator Rhoads and Councilman Carini will be collecting any packaged, unopened bulk quantities of gloves, masks, sanitizer, shoe covers, face shields and other equipment to give to the first responders and healthcare workers that are out there on the front lines of the COVID-19 outbreak on Long Island.
