Nassau County Legislator Ferretti, along with Legislator Rose Marie Walker and Legislator Laura Schaefer, were happy to present Sal Stile, Owner of DiMaggio's Pizzeria in Hicksville, with a citation as he commemorated rock and roll Hall of Famer Billy Joel's Mother, Rosalind Nyman Joel, for her 100th Birthday.
DiMaggio's was a place they visited often, a place of great memories and today the Roz Pie was named in Rosalind's honor.
