Legislator Ford was happy to assist in securing funds for critical lifesaving equipment for the Island Park Fire Department. Automated external defibrillators serve as a lifesaving piece of apparatus with regards to cardiac issues. Legislator Ford’s efforts helped to obtain the monies needed to purchase 5 AED’s for the Department.
