PRESIDING OFFICER NICOLELLO CONGRATULATES MANHASSET REGENERON SCHOLARS
Nassau County Legislature Presiding Officer Richard Nicolello attended the Manhasset School District’s Board of Education meeting to congratulate the four Manhasset Secondary School students who were named Regeneron Science Talent Search Scholars for 2020.
Students Kevin Carratu, Kevin Gauld, Ella Wesson and Elizabeth Wu were selected from around 300 to become semi-finalists and attend final judging for the scholarship in Washington DC. From there, Ella Wesson was selected as a national finalist, being one of only four from Long Island.
