Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads joined with Danny Antin, owner of Danny’s Chinese Kitchen in Merrick to deliver hot lunches to healthcare workers at Winthrop University Hospital. Legislator Rhoads also brought messages of support from children and residents in Nassau County from the Letters to our Heroes campaign to show how much these front-line workers are appreciated.
“Doctors and nurses across our county are continuing to selflessly work 24/7 on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Legislator Rhoads said. “I was very proud to partner with Danny’s Chinese Kitchen to deliver hot lunches to these brave workers who are putting the safety of Nassau’s residents above their own. Thank you for all you do!”
