Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years of age (Original Birth Certificate required)
Official US High School Transcript or Original Equivalency GED Certificate and scores.
Foreign High School Diplomas must be evaluated by either World Education Services:
(212) 966-6311, or U.S. Credentialing Services: (212) 594-5288 PRIOR TO TESTING.
U.S. Citizenship or valid Alien Registration / employment authorization required. Must be valid for school year.
One Test per calendar year. Testing Fee $200.00
Satisfactory performance of pre-admission testing: Reading: minimum 11th Grade or percentile equivalent; Math: minimum 9th Grade or percentile equivalent.
One professional reference
Completed History and Physical Exam and required immunizations by the designated VEEB Physician at an additional cost.
Criminal background check

Tuitions and Fees: 2016-2017

$13,500.00 Nassau County Residents
$14,000.00 Non-Residents

$2,000.00 Deposit $500.00 Non-refundable processing fee.

A $2,000.00 deposit is due upon registration, which will be applied toward tuition. The VEEB, Practical Nursing Program employs a fair and equitable refund policy. If a student fails to enter, $1,500.00 will be returned. $500.00 is charged for processing.

In addition to tuition and other fees, I must pay for the following:

Uniforms $175.00 estimate
Books $660.00 estimated (book list with ISBN is available from the school)
Limited Permit Fee $35.00
Licensure Exam Fee $335.00, Subject to Change.
Graduation Expenses $60.00

Transportation

I must pay all my own travel expenses from my home to School or to the clinical facilities. Transportation costs are estimated to be $2280.00.
