Nassau County Legislator James Kennedy invites all parents, grandparents and caregivers to have their child car seats inspected for proper installation. Chris Mistron, formerly of the Nassau County Traffic Safety Department and now with the EAC Network, will be on hand to inspect child car seats for proper installation and security.
Take this free opportunity to let a professional make sure your child seat is safely installed in your vehicle. To ensure proper inspection and installation, seats and surrounding area should be wiped down and cleared of any loose items before you arrive.
