Presiding Officer Richard J. Nicolello recently took part in the POW MIA Remembrance Event that was held at Eisenhower Park.
“I had the honor of reading the names of some of Long Island’s Missing In Action service personnel last week at a solemn ceremony in Eisenhower Park. This includes members of our armed forces, who served in Vietnam and Korea. As always, these events serve as a reminder of the sacrifices our nation's heroes make for our freedom. They will never be forgotten.” said Presiding Officer Nicolello
