Mineola Community Center – 155 Washington Ave., Mineola

Presiding Officer Rich Nicolello, in conjunction with NuHealth/Nassau University Medical Center, is offering flu shots for Nassau County residents. There is no out-of-pocket expense for the flu shots. Please bring a driver’s license or other form of ID for proof of Nassau County residency. Reservations are required to receive a flu shot. Please contact Presiding Officer Nicolello’s office at 516-571-6209 to make a reservation.

COVID-19 Protocol for getting your flu shot: Limit of 20 people in room and no waiting inside venue. All residents getting their flu shots MUST: Keep 6 feet social distance, wear a facial mask, bring own pen, have alcohol sanitizers available, get a temperature check upon entry, and fill out a COVID-19 checklist to assess travel history and symptoms.
