LEVITTOWN
Wisdom Lane Middle School - 120 Center Ln., Levittown
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Items NOT accepted at this location: Liquid medications, sharps and syringes

NORTH MERRICK
Brookside School - 1260 Meadowbrook Rd., N. Merrick
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Items NOT accepted at this location: Liquids, thermometers, IV bags, chemo drugs


Nassau County Legislator Tom McKevitt is joining with the Nassau County Police Department, the Levittown Community Action Coalition (LCAC), the Bellmore-Merrick Community Coalition and the Community Parent Center to host two “Shed the Meds” Drug Take-Back Events so residents can safely dispose of their unwanted, unused and expired medications. Just drive up to the site, drop off your medications and drive away!

Keep medications in original containers and block out your name 
for anonymity. Do not cross out medication information on label.

ACCEPTED ITEMS INCLUDE: Prescription medications, prescription patches, over the counter medications, vitamins, sample medications and medications for pets. Illegal narcotics may also be dropped off anonymously, no questions asked.
