EVICTIONS

Being evicted from your dwelling for serious and non-repeated violations of your lease, such as non-payment of rent, is grounds to terminate your Housing Choice Voucher. It is important that if you receive lease termination or eviction notices from your landlord, you submit a copy to your Housing Specialist and seek legal assistance.
