Town of Hempstead School Bus Stop-Arm Program
This is a program of the Town of Hempstead. Town vendors install and maintain the cameras on school buses, and Town employees review the photo images and decide whether to issue a notice of liability.
This agency's only involvement is the performing of its obligation under New York State statute to adjudicate the issue of liability when a vehicle owner requests a hearing. A hearing will be scheduled only after the Town informs us that liability is being contested.

Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency does not accept payments of fines under this program.
