Nassau County, NY – Nassau County Department of Health has closed Morgan Sound in Glen Cove to bathing due to elevated bacterial levels, effective today, July 16, 2021.
In addition, Philip Healey Beach and Biltmore Beach Club in Massapequa remain closed due to elevated bacterial levels. These beaches will remain closed until testing indicates that samples are within acceptable limits.
