It is a total body workout. There are 20 people allowed per class.|
|Aquajog: A deep-water exercise program designed as a zero-impact total body workout. Studies indicate that one-half hour of aqua jogging is equal to one hour and 20 minutes of running on land without stress on the joints. There are 20 people allowed per class.|
|Joint Efforts: This class is a recreational series of gentle activities in the pool using the water environment to decrease pain and stiffness, and improve and maintain joint flexibility.
