Adult Fitness Classes
A quick and effective equipment-based workout in the gym (30 min.)
Core and Stretch
A core-based class consisting of basic abdominal movements as well as lower back strengthening exercises. The secondary portion of the class is dedicated to stretching the whole body (30 min.)
Fit and Fabulous Seniors
A fun-filled action packed class for the senior population to get moving in the morning. This class has low to moderate intensity and high amounts of fun and fitness (45 min.)
Lunch Time Dance Party
A fun cardiovascular dance-based class using basic step movements in order to promote overall fitness (30 min.)
This class meets two days per week and involves all of the aspects of triathlon training for beginner to intermediate levels. Day one consists of both running (indoor or treadmill) and swimming, where proper techniques are taught as well as drills. Day two consists of spinning as well as swimming (90 min.)
Beginner Step and Core
This class is designed to introduce the participants to basic movements using an adjustable platform, as well as basic core movements (30 min.)
A cardiovascular group cycling program performed on a stationery spin bike with expert coaching, inspirational music, and a mind-body philosophy. This class incorporates heart-rate training, visualization, great music, and plenty of motivation. This class is for all fitness levels (45 min.)
Spinning® as listed for the first half of the class with the addition of a half hour of boot camp style exercises (60 min.)
This instructor led workout is a live cardio-based, high intensity, total body, interval training, and conditioning program that uses the principles of max interval training. Insanity utilizes a variety of simple athletic moves performed in repeated blocks. Insanity is for all fitness levels and modifications are taught for each exercise (45 min.)
This non-cardiovascular class is a full body workout utilizing a variety of weights and equipment. It is designed for all fitness levels (45 min.)
This 45 minute class take place in our fitness center. Participants are taken through a series of exercises in varying intensity and based upon a circuit. All fitness levels are welcome.
Class Registration Rules & Regulations
- A Leisure Passport is required at the time of registration. We cannot look up a Leisure Passport in the computer system.
- Sign up is first-come, first-serve and must be done in person. Places in line cannot be held for someone else. Upon arrival, you must go to the end of the line.
- Payment in full is due at the time of registration.
- No refunds.
