Joe Schiliro joined the Office of Management and Budget in January 2010. Joe’s responsibilities include the financial oversight of County Attorney, Emergency Management, Probation, Purchasing, and Treasurer. He has an extensive background in strategic planning, financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process re-engineering, and project management. Prior to joining the County, Joe had been a Franchise Principal of Accountants International, specializing in the recruitment of accounting and finance personnel. Prior to Accountants International, Joe held several operational and financial management positions with CMP Media, Inc. and Newsweek, Inc. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Public Accounting and Finance, both from Hofstra University.
