ASIE 2018


The filing period of the 2018 ASIE is now open.

Filing is an annual requirement and must be completed in accordance with local law 8-2013 and Nassau County Administrative Code Section 6-30.0.

The filing period will close on April 1, 2019.

It is mandatory that all ASIE submissions be made electronically using the ASIE 2018 website*.

*Requests for a waiver of the electronic filing requirement must be submitted to the Department of Assessment no later than March 1, 2019 and will only be granted for good cause shown at the sole discretion of the Assessor.

YOU MAY NOW FILE ASIE 2016.

 The Department of Assessment has opened the filing period for ASIE 2016. Pursuant to Section 6-30.0, the filing date for the ASIE 2016 Statement has been extended for a 60-day period to June 5, 2017. 

Please note that in accordance with the law, the filing must be done on the County approved form and format.  No other form and/or format will be accepted.

The filing of the Annual Survey of Income and Expense (ASIE) with the Department of Assessment is mandatory as required under Section 6-30 of the Nassau County Administrative Code.

Owners of owner-occupied property, property under construction, and property that was sold or purchased during calendar year 2016, must also file an ASIE Statement.  These owners must complete the appropriate sections of the ASIE for calendar year 2016.

The filing of the Annual Survey of Income and Expense (ASIE) with the Department of Assessment is mandatory as required under Section 6-30 of the Nassau County Administrative Code.

The purpose of the survey is to gather data for statistical analysis that will help establish the full market value of all class 4 properties. The data collected will be used to analyze changes and trends in the levels of income and expense of class 4 commercial properties, countywide. The information provided will aid in the development of departmental schedules and guidelines that will result in fairer and more equitable assessed values for all Class 4 properties.

The deadline to file the 2013 and 2014 ASIE has passed.
 However, your data remains important to us and we ask that you file immediately as required by law.
