Through the Department of Social Services, child care is provided not only to those on Temporary Assistance, but also to those working families who meet income guidelines for subsidies. If you are a 2-parent household, you must fill out a separate form for each parent.
If you are using a non-OCFS certified provider, please call or contact Child Care Council of Nassau County at 516-358-9250 to enroll your provider as a legally exempt provider.
