If you are a homeowner who disagrees with the new tentative property tax assessment on your residence you may dispute the assessed value by April 2, 2018.
Legislator Laura M. Schaefer invites all homeowners to attend a workshop to help them file a property tax assessment grievance application. At the workshop, a representative from the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission will show homeowners how to use Assessment Review’s online tools to file a challenge online or via mail. Reservations are not necessary.
