LEGISLATOR SCHAEFER ANNOUNCES PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT DRIVE FOR COVID-19 FRONTLINE WORKERS

GARDEN CITY HIGH SCHOOL – 170 ROCKAWAY AVE., GARDEN CITY
Nassau County Legislator Laura Schaefer and Town of Hempstead Councilman Tom Muscarella
are joining together with the Garden City School District, Mad Men Barbershop and the Garden City Fire Department to host a Personal Protective Equipment drive on Saturday, May 2nd from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Garden City High School located at 170 Rockaway Avenue in Garden City.
We will be collecting any packaged, unopened bulk quantities of gloves, masks, sanitizer, shoe covers, face shields and other personal protection equipment to give to frontline workers,
healthcare workers, firefighters and first responders on the front lines of the COVID-19 outbreak on Long Island.
