About
The Nassau County Perinatal Services Network (NCPSN) is a voluntary, multi-sector collaboration working to improve birth outcomes and reduce perinatal health disparities in Nassau County. The Network brings together healthcare providers, community organizations, social service agencies, and residents to address the complex factors affecting maternal and infant health. NCPSN aims to increase access to healthcare and critical services while strengthening partnerships to build healthier communities for families.

How to Join the Nassau County Perinatal Services Network (NCPSN)
The Nassau County Perinatal Services Network (NCPSN) welcomes individuals and organizations committed to improving birth outcomes and addressing perinatal health disparities in Nassau County, New York.
Who Can Join
Membership is open to any interested individual, including:
- Community members and consumers
- Health and human service providers
- Representatives from public, private, and nonprofit organizations
- Birthing hospitals and healthcare institutions
Why Join
By joining NCPSN, members have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with cross-sector partners to improve perinatal health outcomes
- Increase access to prenatal and perinatal care, particularly for high-risk populations
- Support initiatives that address social and community factors affecting maternal and child health
- Contribute to efforts that reduce infant mortality and health disparities in Nassau County
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and community-based initiatives
