WHAT - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) and New York State Assemblywoman Judy Griffin are inviting residents, park lovers and environmentalists to join them in giving Baldwin’s Lofts Pond Park some summertime TLC during their upcoming community clean-up.
Garbage bags and plastic gloves will be provided by organizers; participants are encouraged to bring pokers, rakes, grabbers and other supplemental tools. To safeguard against ticks and other hazards, attendees are encouraged to wear protective attire.
