(BALDWIN, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) joined the community in recognizing and honoring the sacrifice of Americans who gave their lives in service to the United States during Baldwin’s Memorial Day observance on Monday, May 25.
“Each year, communities across the nations unite to remember and pay tribute to members of the armed forces who gave their lives while protecting the freedoms we cherish at home,” Legislator Mulé said. “Although we are observing this holiday in a different way this year, I applaud Bob Hare and everyone at Baldwin American Legion Post #236 for their dedication to preserving this great tradition of honoring our heroes.”
