(BALDWIN, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) joined the leaders of the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, March 15 as they welcomed the Royal Roti Shop to the Baldwin Shopping Center on Grand Avenue. During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Legislator Mulé presented a Nassau County Legislature Citation in commemoration of the momentous occasion. “Every time a small business opens its doors, it is a celebration of the entrepreneurial spirit that makes our local downtowns so vibrant and unique,” Legislator Mulé said. “I wish everyone at the Royal Roti Shop many years of delicious success in Baldwin!”
