Legislator Koslow - Project Thank a Cop

(MERRICK, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Seth I. Koslow (D – Merrick) joined the Merrick Chamber of Commerce, the Merrick community and his colleagues in government to celebrate the grand opening of Project Thank a Cop’s new headquarters on Friday, June 28. Located at 1991 Smith Street in Merrick, Project Thank a Cop is an initiative spearheaded by Wantagh residents Magean and Andy Fox to raise funds to support acts of kindness for law enforcement professionals, scholarships for children of fallen officers, and more.

“Since its inception, Project Thank a Cop has proven themselves to be tireless advocates for our local partners in law enforcement, and their commitment to the cause is truly inspiring,” Legislator Koslow said. “In their new home, I have every confidence that Maegan, Andy and their entire team will further expand the programs and services they deliver as they fulfill their mission to support law enforcement professionals and their families. It was a pleasure to join the community in celebrating a major milestone in the history of this great organization.”
