The following is a statement from Nassau County Legislature Minority Leader Delia DeRiggi-Whitton (D - Glen Cove) -
"On Sunday, I lost my dear friend Tony Jimenez. I am grateful to have had him in my corner for so many years, and I am also grateful that he is no longer in pain. He’s such a fighter, and I will always remember him the way he was in this photo. My heart breaks for his beautiful wife, Kathy and his daughter, Nina who have done so much for him. Godspeed my friend - until we meet again."
