(GLEN COVE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislature Minority Leader Delia DeRiggi-Whitton (D – Glen Cove) is pleased to report the repainting of the Forest Avenue crosswalk in Glen Cove – an important traffic safety improvement for drivers and pedestrians that utilize the heavily traveled roadway. “Whether you are behind the wheel, on foot, or riding a bicycle, clearly marked roads makes travel easier and keeps all of us safer,” Minority Leader DeRiggi-Whitton said. “I encourage everyone to drive safely and always cross at the intersection.”
