Blood Drive

Legislator Laura Curran and the Baldwin Fire Department, in partnership with the New York Blood Center, will be sponsoring a blood drive on June 20th at the Baldwin Fire Department. Donors will receive a free pair of Mets tickets!

(Baldwin, NY) – Legislator Laura Curran and the Baldwin Fire Department are sponsoring a community blood drive with the New York Blood Center on Monday, June 20th from 2:00 – 8:00 PM, at the Baldwin Fire Department, 2nd Floor meeting room, located at 2386 Grand Ave., Baldwin, NY 11510. Every donor will receive one pair of Mets tickets, mailed to them after the drive, free!! Each donation will help save up to three lives. 

Donor requirements are:
- Bring valid ID
- Age requirements: 16 * to 76th birthday (16 year olds must have parental consent)
- A minimum weight of 110 lbs.
- Should eat well and drink fluids before donating
- No tattoos or body piercings for the past 12 months
